Waldorf Salad II
Ingredients 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon white sugar 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1/8 teaspoon salt 3 apples -- peeled, cored, and chopped 1 cup thinly sliced celery 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1/2 cup raisins (optional) Directions In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Stir in the apples, celery, walnuts, and raisins. Chill until ready to serve. |
