4 cups casaba melon, seeded and cubed
3/4 cup coconut milk
2 lime juice
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1 pinch salt
Directions
Place casaba melon, coconut milk, lime juice, ginger, and salt in a food processor. Process until the mixture is smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.
