Peanut Butter 'N' Jelly Breakfast Shake

      

Ingredients
2 cups milk
1 ripe banana, sliced
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons jam, jelly or preserves (any flavor)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in a blender; blend for 3 minutes or until smooth. Serve cold.

guys...the smoothie u people are seing here is surely one hell of a creamy thing..a big full mug of this and im done for the next 3 hours
