Kris' Lentil Sausage Soup

Ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, diced
2 carrots, sliced
2 stalks celery with leaves, chopped
1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
2 quarts chicken broth
1 (15 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 pound dry lentils, rinsed
2 bay leaves
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oil in a large stockpot over medium heat. Stir in the onion, carrots, and celery; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add kielbasa, chicken broth, tomatoes, garlic, lentils, and bay leaves and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

can someone tell me which sausage is been used in this one..!! im not so sure on what is being made here...its a little incomplete

no i suppose the picture is just the intial part...when u actually grind this thing up into a big whole sorta soup...thats worth drinking

wow...the sausage when crushed and the chunks coming out of this thing are great...nice and easy...cool and great..edible
